What We Look For in Our RVAs

☑︎ Roofing Experience

- Preferably 7+ years in the roofing industry. Minimum of 3 to qualify for our RVA Essential tier.

☑︎ Language Skills

- Fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus to serve our bilingual clients, but not required -we welcome all dedicated professionals.

- Unwavering trustworthiness and commitment to confidentiality.

☑︎ Collaboration

- A team player, ready to work with other RVAs for client success.

☑︎ Professionalism

- Clear, respectful communication in every interaction.

At RoofAssist, we match our Remote Virtual Assistants (RVAs) to one of three tiers based on their roofing expertise, ensuring the right fit for both you and our clients. Each tier comes with competitive pay rates that reflect your skills and experience. Here's how it works:

EXPERIENCE

Administrative support, such as scheduling, data entry, and customer follow-ups.

$18 - $24/hr
