100% Remote (US-Based, Eastern Region Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

•  Support roofing clients with tasks like scheduling, permit coordination, data entry, or strategic consulting, depending on your tier (Essential, Specialist, or Pro).

•  Delivery timely, professional service, meeting client deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

•  Communicate clearly with clients and collaborate with other RVAs to ensure seamless project success.

•  Leverage tech tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, JobNimbus) to manage workflows and client needs efficiently.

•  Build strong client relationships with your warm, professional demeanor.

Our Unique Hiring & Onboarding Process

Here’s how we make it happen -differently:

•  We assess your roofing skills through interview(s), your resume, and a skills test.

•  If you’re hired, we’ll work together, to match you to a tier – RVA Essential, RVA Specialist, or RVA Pro -that fits your expertise.

•  We’ll send you assignments with full details, including the client’s timeframe, tailored to your strengths and availability. You choose which ones to take, assignments can range from a few hours to part-time, full-time, or project-based work.

•  Your pay matches your tier, ensuring you’re set to shine while supporting roofing businesses.

Role Overview

• Roofing Experience: At least 3 years in the roofing industry (7+ years preferred for advanced tasks).

•  Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus to service our bilingual clients but not required -we welcome all dedicated professionals.

•  Reliability: Unwavering trustworthiness and a commitment to confidentiality.

•  Collaboration: A team player, ready to work with other RVAs for client success.

• Professionalism: Clear, respectful communication in every interaction.

•  Time Management: Exceptional skills with a focus on efficiency.

•  Adaptability: A quick learner, eager to master new concepts and processes.

•  Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and roofing software (e.g. Jobber, Service Titan, Eagleview).

•  Remote Ready: Fast, reliable internet and essential devices (e.g. webcam, speakers)

•  Personality: A warm, friendly demeanor to build strong client relationships.

•  Passion: A genuine love for the roofing industry and helping businesses grow.
